Where to Find A Ninja Training Program?

Discover the best places to find a comprehensive ninja training program. From martial arts schools offering Ninjutsu to online courses, Ninja Warrior gyms, and parkour groups, we guide you through...

How Do Ninja Warriors Train?

There are several martial arts schools and programs that incorporate elements of ninja training, such as stealth, agility, and weapon use.

Here are some steps you can take to find a ninja training program:

Martial Arts Schools

Look for martial arts schools in your area that specialize in Japanese martial arts, such as ninjutsu or Bujinkan, which incorporate elements of ninja training.

Online Ninja Courses

There are many online platforms where you can find courses related to ninja training, or at least the physical components of it.

Websites like Udemy or Coursera may have relevant courses, and there are also specific martial arts platforms that might offer Ninjutsu training.

Ninja Warrior Gyms

While not exactly the same as traditional ninja training, Ninja Warrior gyms focus on the kind of physical conditioning and agility that a ninja might need.

These gyms are based on the "Ninja Warrior" TV series and usually offer courses and obstacles to help improve strength, agility, and endurance.

Parkour and Freerunning Groups

Again, while not traditionally "ninja," parkour and freerunning can teach many of the physical skills that a ninja would have, such as climbing, jumping, and general agility. Look for local groups or classes in your area.

Self Ninja Training

If you can't find a specific ninja training program, you can put together your own program based on the principles of ninja training. This could include a mix of physical training (like cardio, strength training, and flexibility exercises), martial arts training (in a style available to you), mental conditioning (such as meditation and strategy games), and studying the philosophy and history of the ninja.

Talk to Martial Arts Instructors

Talk to the instructors and ask about their experience and training in ninja techniques. Make sure the school or program is reputable and emphasizes safety and proper technique.

Remember that true ninja training is about more than just physical skills; it's also about discipline, strategy, and a specific mindset.

Be cautious of any program that promises quick results or focuses only on the physical aspects without addressing the mental and philosophical components.
