Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a hassle-free return policy.

Product must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@ninjathlete.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: 3333 Harry Hines Blvd #5107, Dallas, TX, 75201

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.


If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us atinfo@ninjathlete.com.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange your item for a different size or color, please contact us to initiate the exchange.

Please note that shipping costs for exchanges are the responsibility of the customer. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.

Damaged Items

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us at info@ninjathlete.com immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

We will provide you with instructions on how to return the item and will either replace it or provide a refund, depending on your preference.

Final Sale & Gift Cards

Items such as clearance, final sale, and gift card purchases cannot be returned or exchanged.
