What is HYROX?
HYROX is a global fitness race that combines running with functional workout stations. It's designed to test your all-around fitness in a standardized format that's the same at every event worldwide.
The Race Format
Every HYROX race follows the same structure:
- 8 x 1km runs
- 8 functional workout stations between each run
- Total distance: 8km running + 8 workout stations
The 8 Stations
Divisions
- Open: Standard weights for recreational athletes
- Pro: Heavier weights for competitive athletes
- Doubles: Two-person teams alternating stations
- Relay: Four-person teams

The average finish time for first-timers is around 1:30-1:45. Focus on finishing strong!
